In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 30 calendar days of
your purchase. We are happy to offer an exchange or a refund as you prefer.

This excludes the products listed in the exceptions section below.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in
any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The
money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For
credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit
card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days
have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have missed the 30 day window, please contact us to discuss, as we may be able to offer an exchange instead.

Exceptions to our refund policy:

Personalised – We cannot offer a refund on items that have been handmade to order for you, i.e. not a standard product listed on the website

Earrings – For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.

Faulty items – any items developing a manufacturing fault within a year of purchase will be eligible for a refund upon return to us. This does include items that have been handmade to order and earrings.
